Camera Login Issues
Once you have completed and submitted your web camera authorization form, if you cannot access the secure parent video streaming area of our site there could be an issue with your username or password. The KidsVision service will give you three prompts for the correct username and password combination. After the third attempt to login, a warning message will appear that you do not have access to this area. KidsVision technicians can verify that your username has been approved, however, they cannot change your username, password, or alter your room level permissions. You should contact an Stepping Stones Preschool Administrator if you need to reset your username, password, or change the rooms that you are able to view.
Camera Video Quality
KidsVision has installed High Definition cameras in our daycare facility. If you are able to install and download browser controls, then parents can view our cameras in full screen. Full screen viewing is only available to Internet Explorer and to Chrome with a browser plugin. please contact KidsVision technical Support, if you need assistance installing the plugin. If you are using a mobile device such as a phone, iPad or tablet or Safari Web Browser, you can access our live child care cameras using the Javascript version of the kiddie cam feed. On mobile devices, the feed will automatically select a video compression.

Submit your online support request form , or email KidsVision at support@kidsvision.com. A KidsVision support techncian will promptly respond to any technical support questions you have.
